Our accounting packages are suitable for any size business, from small to medium size and even large corporations. As well as our accountancy packages, we can tailor something bespoke to your needs so we encourage you to call us to see what we can do for you.

Sometimes people mistake accountants and bookkeepers for doing the same role but there is a difference! Bookkeeping is an administrative role. It is good for looking after day-to-day finances, recording financial transactions, checking and logging receipts, payments and sales. However, accounting actually gives you business (and individual) advice on your finances but uses bookkeeping data in order to do so. At Qetax, we do both to make it even more convenient for our clients.

We can work with most systems that you have in place but we particularly recommend Quick Books as it’s excellent for balancing books.

No, if they’re not in order we can do that for you at an affordable price.

Yes, we work with clients with several businesses. No accounting job is too small.

Well, if you’re happy doing them and they’re perfectly in order then that’s great but for many of our clients there aren’t enough hours in the day to go through payments, receipts, transactions and other items. Using us takes the stress away too; after all, it’s a tedious job balancing books when you’ve got other things to get on with! We also make sure it’s 100% correct too, that’s another worry you won’t have to deal with!

There are a few ways of doing this, you can contact the IRS or we can do it for you.

As your tax return, we can do it for you or you can ask your employer, failing that, you can ask the IRS.

You only qualify for EITC if you are a US citizen (or resident alien) and have earned income for the tax year. You need to have a valid social security number and qualifying children. There are other criteria relating to value of investment income and capped earnings. Speak to us to make sure if you qualify.

We can check the status of your IRS refund for you. Alternatively, you can call the IRS and ask or there is a useful web tool that you can access here https://www.irs.gov/refunds.

This is difficult to quantify without understanding the complexities involved, we suggest chatting with one of the Qetax professional accountants to determine the cost.

Electronic submission and filing is free.
